- 2 Cup Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Cup Salted Butter
- 6 Tbsps Golden Syrup/Honey
- 1 ½ Cup Mini Marshmallows
- 5 Cups Cornflakes

Instructions
- Firstly, create a double boiler by filling a saucepan half way up with water. Then place a heat proof bowl onto.
- Add your chocolate chips, butter and golden syrup and place onto a medium heat
- As the water heats up, your bowl will start to warm and your chocolate mixture will start to melt
- Melt your chocolate over your double boiler until everything is fully incorporated
- Remove from the stove and place your bowl onto your counter
- Mix in your cornflakes, mini marshmallows and caramel sauce
- Keep mixing until everything is coated evenly in chocolate mixture
- Prepare a 20 cm x 20 cm pan that has been lightly greased and pour all of your rocky road mixture into the pan
- Spread your mixture evenly with a spatula
- Place your rocky road in the fridge for around 1 hour or the freezer for around 30 mins to set
- After cooling, slice your rocky road into squares and enjoy!
