Homemade Chocolate Bars Storage

Once the chocolate bars have been carefully crafted and set, itโs best to wrap them in parchment paper before placing them in an airtight container. This step helps prevent the absorption of any unwanted odors or flavors from the freezer.
Thereโs no need for Thawing your chocolate bars. Because the layer of chocolate we make is so thin, it is easy to bite into and in fact is very satisfying when cold from the freezer!

Homemade Chocolate Bars
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Melted Chocolate Chips
- Fillings of your choice

Instructions
- Start by spreading 1-2 tsps of your melted chocolate into each of your mould cavities- making sure to spread all the way to the sides and the bottom (see video for more details1 Cup Melted Chocolate Chips
- After spreading chocolate into each bar, lightly tap your mould onto your counter surface to remove any air bubbles
- Let your chocolate set in the freezer for around 45 mins
- After chilling, you can now get creative with your fillings. Place whatever fillings you would like into each bar mould. I used cookie dough, cookies and lotus biscoff spread. (Make sure not to over fill each mould as we still need to place a final chocolate layer on top!)Fillings of your choice
- Now that all your bars are filled we can add our final chocolate layer. Spread around 1-2 tsps of your melted chocolate all the way to the side of each bar
- Give your mould a light tap to remove any air bubbles and then place you bars in the freezer for around 2 hours to make sure everything sets up nicely
- After chilling, gently release each bar from your mould and you have yourself some delicious, homemade chocolate bars!
- Be sure to store these in the freezer, serve cold and enjoy!
