2. Raspberry Chocolate Pudding Cake
Incorporate a burst of fruity goodness by adding fresh raspberries to the cake batter. The tartness of the raspberries pairs exceptionally well with the rich chocolate.
How to Make This Recipe Vegan
If you are following a vegan lifestyle or have dietary restrictions, you can still enjoy the decadence of chocolate pudding cake. Here’s how to make this recipe vegan:
- Replace the milk with your preferred plant-based milk such as almond milk, soy milk, or oat milk.

Storage Options
If you find yourself with leftovers or want to make the cake in advance, here are some storage options:
- Refrigeration: Once the cake has cooled, cover it with plastic wrap or transfer it to an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat individual slices in the microwave before serving to bring back that warm, gooey texture.
- Freezing: If you want to prolong the lifespan of your chocolate pudding cake, freeze it. Wrap the cooled cake tightly in plastic wrap and place it in a freezer-safe container. It can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. Thaw the cake overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
Whether you enjoy this chocolate pudding cake fresh out of the oven or revisit it from your storage options, each bite is bound to bring you pure bliss.
