- 1/2 Tsp White Sugar
- 1 Tsp Yeast
- 2 ¼ Cup Plain Flour

- 1/2-1 Cup Tomato Sauce
- Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions
For the Pizza Dough
- Start by mixing together your warm water, sugar and yeast until combined
- Then add in your flour and salt and mix until a rough dough forms
- Knead for around 5 mins
- Grab a baking tray and spread about 1-2 tbsps of olive onto the surface (you can also do this on top of parchment paper for less mess)
- Place your dough onto the baking tray and spread it out by dimpling the dough, by using your fingers
- Flip the dough over
- Dimple the other side of the dough
- Let your dough rise for around 30 mins in a warm, dry place
- After 30 mins has passed, check on your dough and dimple it even more (this will create more bubbles in our dough and will create a good texture)
- Now leave your dough to rest a second time for around 30 mins
- After your dough has fully risen we can now move onto toppings
Making the Pizza
- Preheat your oven to 220ºC
- Spread your tomato sauce all over your dough surface (keeping about a 1 inch border around the perimeter)
- Then add your favourite mozzarella cheese on top (you can also add some extra parmesan here as well). Also feel free to add any other of your fav toppings at this point!
- Bake your pizza in your preheated oven for around 15 mins or until your dough and cheese have turned a golden brown colour
