Is Fudge difficult to make?
Making fudge completely from scratch can be quite difficult, especially when you get involved with candy thermometers etc🫢.
But luckily for you, this fudge recipe only has 2 ingredients, doesn’t require a stove and can be whipped up and sliced within 1 hour.
Simply mix your condensed milk and chocolate, pop it in the microwave, chill and voila! Easy, microwave Chocolate Fudge that you can mix in with just about any type of biscuit, chocolate bar or leftover bake.

Can I use Evaporated Milk instead of Condensed Milk in this Fudge Recipe?
Unfortunately, no. Condensed milk is an essential ingredient in this fudge recipe that makes it so easy and quick to make. Of course, if you don’t have condensed milk on hand, you could always make it at home! Here is a recipe for condensed milk from Bigger Bolder Baking!
Can I make my Fudge on the Stove instead of a Microwave?
Of course! Using a stove may just take a bit longer but by all means feel free! I would however recommend that you use a double boiler method when melting i.e. place your condensed milk and chocolate into a glass bowl, fill a saucepan with water and place the bowl over this on medium heat until the chocolate melts.
By using a double boiler method we remove the risk of your mixture burning or splitting easily.
