Olive Oil Cake
Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/3 Cup Milk
- 2 Cup Plain Flour
- 3/4 Cup White Sugar
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice/White Vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180ºC
- Mix together the Olive oil, eggs and milk
- Whisk in your flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and lemon juice and mix until combined
- Pour your mixture into an 8 inch cake pan that is greased and lined with grease proof paper
- Bake your cake in the oven for about 30-35 mins or until your cake is golden brown
- Serve warm and enjoy!
