Introducing the chocolate chip cookie cup – a delicious twist on the classic cookie that makes for a fun and versatile dessert.
What are Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups?
Chocolate chip cookie cups are essentially giant peanut butter cups but with chocolate chip cookie dough that are baked in a muffin tin instead of a peanut butter filling. They have a crispy exterior and a soft, chewy interior, much like a regular cookie. However, since they are baked in a muffin tin, they retain their shape and can be filled with delicious toppings and fillings, making them a versatile and fun dessert option.

How to Store Chocolate Cookie Cups
If you have leftover cookie cups, you can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Make sure to place a piece of parchment paper between each layer of cookie cups to prevent them from sticking together.
You can also freeze your chocolate chip cookie cups for up to 3 months. Place them in an airtight container or freezer bag with a piece of parchment paper between each layer to prevent them from sticking together.
